WeTick believes in building trust and transparency with its customers. However, due to the nature of the services we provide, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully:
Refund Policy

No refunds will be made once the service has started or begun. This includes any planning, design, development, or strategic work initiated as part of the project.

If the customer chooses to pay in installments, the remaining payment must be made within 15 days of the first initial payment. Failure to make the full payment within this timeframe will result in an immediate halt of all services, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Once the contract begins and the bill is passed, the customer must either pay the full amount or forfeit any rights to the work done. All completed or partial work shall remain the sole intellectual property of WeTick until the total payment is cleared.
Non-Refundable Conditions

All confirmed orders and ongoing projects are non-refundable once initiated.

Any charges incurred through third-party platforms, payment gateways, or currency conversion are not eligible for a refund.
